Just came back to FPA after leaving to follow my Doc who then discontinued his practice. Never had a problem with them or their service then and happy to report I got the same service upon my return. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful even in these pandemic times. No complaints. Happy to have them so close to home.
I know that these people mean well and are not out to make anyone's life more difficult. I'm sure that many--if not most--of their patients (especially those who live close by) are well cared for and happy with the care they receive. I am posting this with the hope of saving someone else the trouble that I have gone through with this office. This office does not have the ability to fill prescriptions electronically.
