TRACY, HORRIBLY RUDE NURSE – I will never call this doctor's office to speak to a nurse again. I called this morning to have a script refilled. I have gone to this practice since I can remember and value my doctor there, but I can not believe a nurse was allowed to speak to a patient on the phone the way she did. Horrible First Experience!! – New to the Baldwinsville area, I chose this Physician office when I was sick. I was given an appointment the same day at the Baldwinsville location. The nurse that tended to me was quite friendly but that's where the good things ended! I was provided a prescription for my illness after telling the PA my medication allergies. Later in the day when I went to pick up the filled prescription, the pharmacy told me I couldn't take that medication because I was ALLERGIC to that family of medication! Sh... read more
