I made my husband an appt for 9:30am. He was there at 9:28 and they refused to see him. Said he should have come 30 min early since he was a new patient. Refused to see him when he was on time. Unbelievable!!! The provider was Dr Keren Holmes. She came out and threatened to call the police when my husband started arguing with them. She has time to do that but no time to do his physical? Scheduled a Telehealth visit online with Dr. Keren M. Holmes. There is a BUTTON for NEW PATIENT ONLINE BOOKING with an option to schedule a telehealth visit. I had not received any communication from the Doctor's office and so I called the day before my appointment to check that it was still going to happen. Luckily I did. The lady that answered the phone let me know that the appointment had been cancelled because they don't do Telehealth visits for new patients..... Dr. Holmes has been my doctor for years she moved from one location to another and I followed I know she cares about me and my health it has been proved over and over again She is the Best I would give 100 stars to her and her staff

By far one of the BEST Doctors office I have visited. Dr. Holmes and her staff are amazing. I don't feel rushed, she is very thorough, and listens to your concerns. Nurses are very caring and kind as well as the ladies at the front desk.
