Absolutely great customer service and a willingness to help… However, with 2 years of cloudy water and hundreds of dollars spent on extra chemicals each moth promising to get it clear and with July 2025 totaling $1200.00 in expenses with no improvement, I went looking elsewhere as it seems they are only interested in the chemical sales. My first experience with a having a pool. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They are very busy at times and they always wear a smile.
This is a great business. They respond very quickly to any of your pool issues. Andy and Abel were a great team coming to our house to fix our pool leak. They were kind and communicated well about any questions we had.
