They are the worst. They took our money and failed to get to our pool for 3 months. They don't answer their phones, use a service and never return the phone calls. When you finally get someone from family pools on the phone, they said that commercial customers took precedence. When they finally came to install our pump and filter system it was not the brand that we were sold. It felt like bait and switch.
