Great service! Family Pools is the only local pool store I trust. They will only sell you what you need and never try to sell you on things that you don’t. I’ve always been given very good advice that has solved my pool maintenance issues and any products purchased are always explained how to be used, so I never have to second guess myself on what I am doing.
Purchased our pool from Tyler, he was very responsive and answered all of my many questions. We had a small set back when putting the pool up on a Saturday- Tyler was available Monday morning and guided me through the setback. We had the pool up In about two hours.
Tyler was a very nice young man and was very knowledgeable about everything pools. He explained everything to us, and offered much needed help.
