FAMILY POOL SERVICE SERVICED OUR POOL. MY POOL WAS GREEN, AND I HAD A LEAKY PIPE. HE REPAIRED OUR PIPES, CLEARED THE WATER, AND CHARGED US $400.00. THE LAST STAGE OF CLEANING WAS DONE LATE EVENING TIL DARK. THE NEXT DAY, OUR POOL HAD YELLOW MUSTARD ALGAE THAT YOU GET WHEN DIRTY POOL TOOLS ARE USED OR THE POOL ISN'T SHOCKED PROPERLY. HE AGREED TO COME BACK, BUT HE LIED. HE DID NOT COME BACK TO FIX IT, AND WE SPENT AN ADDITIONAL $75.00 FOR SHOCK, BRUSHED THE POOL DOWN, AND CLEANED IT OURSELVES. I have been using Family Pool service for a few years. He knows his stuff. His prices are affordable. I would recommend them to everyone.
Despite seeing the negative reviews I tried him out. Came back to finish the job and quit and ghosted me. Had to get another company to finish the job. Nice guy and prices decent. Also showed up late.
Wonderful experience with great pricing! We will definitely be repeat customers!
