I used Family Pool for many years and they decided to increase their service cost by over 50%. When they started the service, they said we charge our customers fairly for years. Finally, they decided to cancel my service, but they made sure my pool filter was shut off so the water in the pool would degrade rapidly. I am shocked that a reputable company would intentionally sabotage its long-term client. I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Note:This comprises 3 years as a client, so it's thorough if lengthy to help you make an educated choice. This company has friendly, polite technicians & a competitive service fee - IF you have a pool that never gets dirty, & you don't ever have to call their office for customer service -- then you may like this company. Family Pool installed a pool heater for me recently. I must admit I was impressed. Val scheduled the install showed up on time and installed the heater in one day. His pricing was very competitive and his work was meticulous.
