The staff and gp I spoke to were very helpful, friendly and understanding. They made my experience positive and easy
I have been really let down with Family Planning Glenorchy. All I was offered were standard tests. I literally had to tell the doctors what I needed just to feel like I was progressing in every consult. I had ongoing issues with about 5 separate appointments. I had to get my own expensive PCR private test done because the doctors "couldn't do the test" yet, I just had a teledoctor using medirecords who ask pathology for a PCR test AND prescribed me medication all in a single session. The difference in effort is astounding
As you walk in you can feel the comfortable light atmosphere. The receptionists are welcoming and kind. My doctor, I believe her name is Dr Catherine, is lovely. She has helped me so much, being very informative and understanding. You can tell she loves her job.
