i came in and had my bloods attempt to be taken. The nurse i had, poked me 5 times trying to find a vein, mind you i have a strong fear of needles! After being unsuccessful, she proceeded to give up. I was left with multiple bandaids on both arms and left feeling very distressed. I just find this extremely unprofessional as this is quite a common procedure.
I had really amazing experience with family planning team. And really thankful for the help from them. Especially Dr.Ogden ，with outstanding professional ethics and a deep sense of responsibility toward patients。big appreciate it, she is saving my life!
The doctors and other staff here are amongst the most caring and helpful I’ve ever encountered! They truly listen, and are willing to provide so much information and support. I’ve found booking an appointment through the website so easy and the clinic offers the option to check oneself in using a kiosk, which makes things even quicker.
Thankyou Jenny for going above and beyond. You were so very friendly which made me at ease for my appointment. The male office clerk was fantastic too. I would highly recommend, such a welcoming atmosphere.
This is the first service in 15 years who took care to get to the bottom of what caused some painful issues. The doctors, nurses and reception staff are incredibly caring and go the extra mile.
