I always go here for contraception, and any other issues regarding sex health, and all the people who work here are lovely. incredibly non-judgemental place, and always welcoming and smiling people to help you. highly recommend visiting them. give yourself about 30/40minutes for parking since it is tough being in newcastle

I go on the web chat, i am greeted with a blunt non empathetic nurse who is impatient. I am 16, I do not know where to go for help because i am in a difficult situation right now. These nurses would leave me on read, giving me no information about their clinic and being rude whilst doing so. All i needed was some easy information about cost and medicare and they were not understanding me. why cant anyone understand me?
