After waiting three months for my initial appointment, I arrived at the clinic only to be told the doctor was not in and that I needed to reschedule—without any priority given, despite the long wait. The next available initial appointment was another two months away. Today I received another call asking if I could change the appointment again. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of reliability and organisation. It may be time for me to consider finding another clinic.

I always go here for contraception, and any other issues regarding sex health, and all the people who work here are lovely. incredibly non-judgemental place, and always welcoming and smiling people to help you. highly recommend visiting them. give yourself about 30/40minutes for parking since it is tough being in newcastle
