My friend had a terrible older lady do her iud and she was so rude. She is suppose to be specialised but the way she spoke and dismissed my friends feelings and pain was disgusting. She said and I quote “this won’t hurt” but OF COURSE IT HURTS ITS AN IUD. It was the “most horrific moment of my life”. Fix this behaviour.
The doctors & nurses here are wonderful! They listen to you, so that you feel heard. They explain things clearly. The long-term receptionists are always lovely & very helpful too. The newer receptionist probably needs a bit of extra training. When I called to cancel an appointment because of a virus and laryngitis and not wanting to pass on my virus, she sniggered as I tried to explain myself with a very struggling voice. All staff I dealt with today were just incredible, from the front desk, to the doctors & every single nurse were all so kind. Truly an amazing team of women. Also, super modern & clean clinic.
