The doctors & nurses here are wonderful! They listen to you, so that you feel heard. They explain things clearly. The long-term receptionists are always lovely & very helpful too. The newer receptionist probably needs a bit of extra training. When I called to cancel an appointment because of a virus and laryngitis and not wanting to pass on my virus, she sniggered as I tried to explain myself with a very struggling voice. All staff I dealt with today were just incredible, from the front desk, to the doctors & every single nurse were all so kind. Truly an amazing team of women. Also, super modern & clean clinic.
Very very very unprofessional clinic... doctor Christina send the wrong prescription which all pharmacies around Sydney doesn't sell the drug alone and she didn't plan to stop vomiting first before my partner can take the drug so we had to pau a 1000$ for drugs and hours of endless suffering because of the unprofessional team they hire. Either nurses who give fake promises and too long waiting or doctors who are extremely busy and just don't care about how urgent your needs is. I saw Dr Matthews and found she was very caring and informative. The clinic managed to squeeze me in today and when I arrived I was seen straight away. Highly recommend for any women’s health issues.
