I have never, ever in my life encountered a worst service. I say this without shame or guilt. When Dr Palfreeman was running the show and this was based at St Peter's I felt supported. But I don't know who's running this circus at the moment, I simply can't rely on this service. I have neuro-psychiatric conditions such as Autism and ADHD among others that cause me to sometimes make decisions that aren't good for me.
