Dr Rickertsen is a great doctor but has given me prescriptions that aren't signed or dated and the pharmacy rejected them because it's illegal and the office staff has given me other people's prescriptions. The office decifers which paperwork they feel the doctor needs to fill out or not rejecting my disability forms to be filled out, wouldn't fax them or have the doctor do an online form stating they don't fax or do online forms after telling me the month before they did it online giving me a copy or told me the forms were ... read more
I liked Dr. Rickertsen and his nurse Debbie. But had to leave the practice because I could not deal with the office staff. They were clueless on how to bill insurance and would charge for things the insurance said they were to write off. The office became way too busy and it was easier to be seen at the clinic or ER then to get an appointment.
