Dr. Vo Khanh has been my doctor my whole life. The problem I have is the receptionist. I just called (at 7:15pm and I know they are closed) hoping to catch their voice mail to leave a message for the receptionist to receive the next morning. She actually picked up my calls and her response was, "do you know what time is it? What you calling for?" and laughed. I have been seeing Dr. Truong as my family doctor for many years. The receptionists are always gentle, attentive, and very caring. Even though I moved to another province for a long period of time, when I returned, I still wanted to continue with Dr. Truong because of the trust and excellent care I received in the past. I’m truly grateful and feel very fortunate to be accepted back. I’m extremely satisfied with the service at this clinic.
Everyone should also check their own test results. The doctor won't have enough time to read it carefully or to take good care of every patient. Don't risk your life by trusting others. Always double check your own or have a second opinion, to make sure you're not having a health issue.
