I called today to ask if there was space available and was told to come in as soon as possible because they close at 4:00 PM. I arrived at 1:35 PM, and there was only one other patient in the waiting room. After making the trip and waiting, I was told that I needed to book an appointment. If an appointment was required, this should have been communicated to me over the phone instead of telling me to come in. This was very frustrating and disappointing.
Dr. Vo Khanh has been my doctor my whole life. The problem I have is the receptionist. I just called (at 7:15pm and I know they are closed) hoping to catch their voice mail to leave a message for the receptionist to receive the next morning. She actually picked up my calls and her response was, "do you know what time is it? What you calling for?" and laughed. I have been seeing Dr. Truong as my family doctor for many years. The receptionists are always gentle, attentive, and very caring. Even though I moved to another province for a long period of time, when I returned, I still wanted to continue with Dr. Truong because of the trust and excellent care I received in the past. I’m truly grateful and feel very fortunate to be accepted back. I’m extremely satisfied with the service at this clinic.
