Horrible experience with Dr. Gonzalez. It does not have any tact or good human quality unprofessional. the first thing that indicated well rude you have if your own recipes you and do not turn out so you come here now instead of coming from a principle or are a doctor without a license, then for analysis have this if you please, but if you do not I do not come back here I can not do anything for you I'm no good measure gaps emergency. I moved to another practice due to the very rude office staff. She was very ugly to me when I was checking in. I had a simple question and she told me to have a seat until my name was called, since I'd signed in. Where I come from, that is like saying "sit down and shut up" which is exactly how she meant it. I get the feeling nobody in there likes them, not even the doctors-

The doctors at the surgery are very helpful once you get to see them. However the office staff are rude, inefficient and unhelpful. They are unable to find files, unable to schedule appointments. etc. We have just changed to another practice. The last straw was yesterday when I had an appointment at 2:30 pm. I arrived at 2:10 pm and was asked to complete an application form (although I had already visited the surgery several times).
