Canceled my appointment on me 4 times! They called me yesterday to confirm that I was coming when I show up today I am told the Dr. isn't available?!?!?! WTF. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
Oh what a pleasure this de was, NOT. Made an appointment for a simple referral for a serious procedure I needed done for them to cancel. Made a second appointment, drove 45 mins to arrive and them tell me they cancled it again because again she's not in the office. As I see the dr walk right by. Completely fed up with them when I'm asked to make another appointment, so she can cancel again! I don't think so, switching Drs. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT DR
I had the displeasure of going to Dr. Michel one time. She was arrogant and rude. I had a sinus infection and had a couple of questions. Every one of her answers were condescending. I was waiting for a prescription when she came back in and she snapped her fingers at me to come out the door. There is probably not many more negative reviews because most of the patients are much older and if there anything like my dad (who's 74) probably not on the computer much. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR
