My experience at this office has been top notch! The staff is courteous, professional, and kind each time I've interacted with them, and Dr. Samuelson has been amazing. He listens to my needs and concerns, gives great knowledge and advice, and is thorough in his care while having a good bedside manner. I recommend this particular doctor's office to anyone needing a great team of people for medical care.
I have never left a bad review anywhere but I am completely enraged about getting charged for and inital visit vs a wellness visit at this place. I guess merely stating that I am "more tired feeling lately" consitutes as something wrong. All basic lab worked ordered and showing a clean bill of health. As a working mother in her 40s who works multiple jobs and trying to take care of herself by going to the drs once a year. Also, it took over a week to get my lab results.
