Absolutely the worst automated phone system. When you do get a person they ask you to hold because they are dealing with patients in front of them. Deceiving, l have called while sitting in waiting room, guess what NO patient. Missed 3 minor surgery appointments due to their neglect to provide referrals. Do not give reminder calls before appointments. Personally had to handle referral requests myself. At all possible dont waste your time here. Unprofessionalism runs amok here
Worst medical practice I have ever come across. Leave you hanging with urgent referral recommendations and requests. I found myself having to do alot of things to get things done that they should have been doing. Horrible management.Ifeeelsorry for
Great staff
Dr. Anooja Philip is friendly, transparent, and extremely thorough. New patient and love it so far. Senior medicine is her specialty, but will take all ages! Friendly staff as well!
