I have been coming to the Nowell location for the past 5 years or more. Every time I make a doctor's appointment I have to wait 1 to 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. The nurse comes out and take your vitals then put you in a room where you wait for at least a hour or more before you can be seen by the doctor this is totally unacceptable. As a patient I feel like my time is just as valuable as theirs. Appointments are always overbooked pushing you to wait longer than normal. Just wanted to give a shout out to FPG for providing patients a way to easily get our Covid 19 vaccine! We had been trying for weeks and never got a response from the state sign up. And we got the J&J which is what we wanted in the first place. The place where we had the vaccine, about a 20 mile drive for us, was not a professional office space, but they were organized and professional, as was the lady who first made our appointment. I have to say the my Doctor save my life. And has given me a better and a longer life with his care and his staff are the best. Dr. Roberta Lucero and his Staff are my hero’s. I just wanted to say thank you to all of the work staff at FPG PINEHILLS. God bless you all.
