Dr. Nigh and her two P.A.s and nursing staff give that good, old-fashioned care and attention. Competent at what they do, but impressive bedside manner--all of them!
Called to schedule an appointment, was told that they were not taking new patients, which is understandable, however, the receptionist then said “ok bye…” and hung up immediately, very unprofessional and unpleasant. Please consider training receptionist to be more professional and polite over the phone….
I had my first appointment with Dr. Johnson and loved my experience! Everyone was very helpful and sweet :) I didn't feel like a number. I felt very calm and cared for throughout my whole visit!
Have been going here for years!
