Great doctors and nurses
Whoever answers the phones here is very rude, and not professional at all. Hanging up on someone while they're trying to make an appointment is wild.
Dr. Nigh and her two P.A.s and nursing staff give that good, old-fashioned care and attention. Competent at what they do, but impressive bedside manner--all of them!
Called to schedule an appointment, was told that they were not taking new patients, which is understandable, however, the receptionist then said “ok bye…” and hung up immediately, very unprofessional and unpleasant. Please consider training receptionist to be more professional and polite over the phone….
