Long waits, didn’t seem to care
This is no longer Harry Hernandez. They only accept Medicare and they bill them a lot!
worst service not helpful at all don't care if you are in need of emergency assistance
It’s a sad day when a doctors office can not see an existing patient because they have no insurance, we said it would be a self pay visit and refused to see my wife for her current health issue, I guess they make more money with insurance so they don’t want to waste time for self pay visit, I guess it’s about money and not the patient
Very unprofessional front office staff, just found out from them, if you sign a Medical Release of Records, Dr Hernandez office will inactivate your acct and will never see you as a patient. Very disappointed as I was told their hands are tied can't do anything to help.
