Appointment took 2 hours. Arrived at schedule time of 3:00. Left at 5:00 for a simple checkup. I liked doctor and his nurse. Just wasn’t sure why it took so long.
Dr. Jay D. Smith was the BEST, very attentive, encouraging/offering solution and took action - nice to see Ophelia (2nd yr student) having an opportunity to be taught by observation. Nurse Sha was outstanding and proactive. Emma, Barbara, Porcha and Carole all outstanding. Along with follow-up! Highly recommend this team!
