The responsiveness of this office has been extremely disappointing. I made multiple attempts to contact the office over a two-week period, leaving several messages, yet I received no response or acknowledgment. In an effort to resolve my issue, I visited the office in person, only to find no staff available to assist me while I waited in the lobby. Reliable communication and customer service are important, and unfortunately my experience fell well below reasonable expectations.

About 3 or 4 inches of snow had fallen throughout the night and the temps were barely below freezing; the road conditions were perfectly fine. I drove a few hours to my appointment only to arrive to a closed office. I called, their answering machine said they were closed due to ‘ inclement’ weather. If they were going to cancel the appointment, I should have at least received a text or call. Instead , I wasted my whole day for nothing. I won’t be coming back here.
