About 3 or 4 inches of snow had fallen throughout the night and the temps were barely below freezing; the road conditions were perfectly fine. I drove a few hours to my appointment only to arrive to a closed office. I called, their answering machine said they were closed due to ‘ inclement’ weather. If they were going to cancel the appointment, I should have at least received a text or call. Instead , I wasted my whole day for nothing. I won’t be coming back here.
Great doctor. His staff, however, are not great. Shanga and the receptionist, both have bad attitudes; and they think they’re better than the patients they service. It’s no coincidence that almost every review on here states the same thing about the staff! They don’t answer the phones, they don’t follow up. If you regularly take a medication, do NOT choose this practice. Every month you will have to jump through hoops to get your medication. Everytime I go on the receptions seem to not be in good moods and it shows (the first receptions I had was rude) . Always yelling at the doctor, and this recent time they were doing loud construction that I couldn’t even focus on doing my paper work. Honestly with the only 2 times I have been here it seem VERY unprofessional.
I’ve been coming to Dr. Meuller for over a decade and he is the absolute best. He cares about his patients and the staff go above and beyond. I’m very thankful for having him as my Dr. December 2, 2023. Again I want commend Dr Meuller and his staff especially Shenga who gets things done she knows how to handle insurance companies. This is the best place in the tri-county area for opiate abuse. Dr. Meuller is one of the few Dr.s that will sit down and listen and he remembers everyone’s story because he cares.
