RecommendedBrett & his staff are the best physical therapists I've ever seen. They treat one as an individual & take into account other issues one might have during treatment; (unlike the last one I saw for my neck, who had me doing things that made my bad back worse). And they are all really nice. Highly recommended!!!
I overheard (while son was being seen)that text are not a guarantee even though they say that they text. Also I recieved text and confirmed it said 1pm which matched what was on my calendar. when we arrived we were told it wasn't until 1:30pm. as they were in a meeting. I even showed them the text and they said that the appointment book said 1:30. I was basically told that it wasn't their fault. Not happy
RecommendedThis was first time I went there,crew are friendly and everybody carries a smile,the young lady named Aila took care of me,she is detail oriented and pays attention to every single point of subject also nicely explained the exercises and the whole procedure, I am happy and fully satisfied for first session.
