Excellent personal service
This is a very well-run pharmacy. The staff is very friendly and very efficient. Besides medications they also offer several other services and health management options. Never long lines and they also have a drive-thru window which is very helpful. Even the companion animals are welcomed and appreciated. I highly recommend this place.
Pharmacist Thomas only filled half the RX which messed up my ability to refill because he did this EVERY time for 5 months. When asked about it, he said it’s a hard medication for their pharmacy to get. I had my RX transferred over to Walmart. Not only was Walmart 30% cheaper than Family Pharmacy but also had the medication on hand with no wait time. Plus, they gave me the full amount rather than half the dosage. Why is ANYONE using Family Pharmacy?
I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy ! They were quick and efficient in filling a rx that was on back order everywhere. Their kindness and service was extraordinary. I have found my new pharmacy !
