During Labor Day weekend our pup got bit by another dog. We took our pup into Family Pet Urgent Care and Michelle Ward & team were phenomenal! Everyone was very accommodating, helpful and communicated well about every step. We can’t thank Family Pet Urgent Care enough for taking care of fur baby!
Dr. Ward and staff went above and beyond to save our family cat. We are lucky to have such a great organization in the Sandpoint area.
Great team, very compassionate & caring..Unfortunately I had to have my Miss Millie euthanized. Totally unexpected outcome, but Dr. explained her dire situation so I could make an informed decision. So very hard to do but Miss Millie isn’t suffering anymore. I give high praises to the whole team.
Our dogs tail was infected from happy tail and Dr. explained everything to us, answered all questioned I had, gave a high and regular quote so I would know what the amount could be to have his tail amputated. The bill came out less with discount. The team of them were all very nice and caring! Would take my animal back there for sure. THANK YOU ♥️
A few weeks ago, we had to take our senior dog to emergency after he collapsed in the yard. Prior to this event he had been diagnosed with an advanced cardiac issue and possibly another underlying health issue because his labs were all grossly abnormal. Our vet was closed so we were directed to this clinic to assess if it was a cardiac issue or not. They were quick to take our dog back and the staff at the front door were very kind .
