WONDERFUL! Dr. Ward and her staff were amazing during a scary time for my cat Shylah, and my family. An abscess on her tail quickly became infected. Late on a Saturday afternoon, I know we needed to have her looked at. I checked her in and after no more than 10 minutes Dr. Ward was explaining what the situation was, and what the best course of action would be. I was given a breakdown of the least amount it would cost, and what the possible most amount I would have to pay. The compassion shown by all the staff was exceptional... read more
So pleased with the care and treatment for our dog. The staff was very compassionate, kind, and explained everything thoroughly. They got us in and out quickly, even with many other cases coming in the door. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly and treated our dog like he was her own. Very happy with our experience and would recommend to anyone needing emergency care for their animal.
