This week we had to put 2 of our fur babies down and everyone at the family pet urgent care showed us compassion and care. They were so gentle and caring with both Bodie and Lily. Our experience although sad and heartbreaking was as good as it gets when having to send your babies over the rainbow bridge.
Dr Ward and Carly and the lady at the front desk who I'm sorry I didn't get her name..... they were absolutely perfect. These ladies made me and my wife's difficult time of having to put 2 pets down, Perfect. They were wonderful, explained every thing so we knew what was happening and we felt so loved and cared for in this establishment. Thank you again to these wonderful individuals, myself and my wife are so thankful for you ladies.
Outstanding service concern and care for your pets
I am highly appreciative of the excellent care provided by Dr. Michelle Ward and the staff at Family Pet Urgent Care. My dog was unwell after ingesting something, presenting with lethargy and vomiting. The team promptly admitted him and administered appropriate treatment, including medications and IV therapy over two days. Do not go to this establishment!!! I had an emergency with a pet in extreme pain, we were desperate and went here. We were not seen for almost 45 minutes with no one else in the waiting room. When they finally took our pet into the exam room, we were not allowed to follow them. We were told the exam would take about 2-3 hours and to come back to pick up our pet. When we finally came to pick the pet up, we paid $800 and were referred back to our normal vet with the pet still in pain. We went home to try and help our pet relax... read more
