I truly do not have the words to express the amount of gratitude and respect I have for Dr. Ward and the entire team at Family Pet and Urgent Care. We live out in the woods in Priest River, in the middle of nowhere land. I came home from work to find our 13-year-old Blue Heeler, Trooper, laying in the yard after a horrific attack. We are so grateful for this clinic and their team! Dr. Ward, the vet tech (sadly I can’t remember her name), and Marlow (receptionist) were fantastic. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, efficient and transparent about cost and expectations. They helped us navigate a stressful emergency for our dog and find quick resolution to the problem by coordinating with our regular vet. The team clearly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!
Dr. Ward is an amazing veterinarian and I found the clinic to be clean, well run and offering a great service to the community. Clinic prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hospital if you have a pet in need of urgent care!
The staff was incredibly polite, compassionate, and kind during our emergency visit. The vet took the time to clearly explain our options, and the bill was surprisingly affordable compared to typical CdA urgent care pricing. I highly recommend this clinic if you ever have an unexpected pet emergency!
Family Pet Urgent Care is a great resource for our local community. Easy to access, it's located off Hwy 2 near the Country Co-Op. The clinic is clean ... actually, it's spotless.
