Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat Did the environment feel well thought out with a holistic approach in mind? They took a generally holistic approach to the environment within the office and I appreciated what they did.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up? Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was your pet well taken care while being boarded here? Absolutely, my pet always get so much attentiion Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times? Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures? They can perform basic procedures, but not really complicated ones Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
