We just moved to Chilliwack and brought our Cat to this clinic. The staff and especially the doctor have the compassion of a lead pipe. The doctor who was supposed to treat my cat immediately wanted to do X-rays and lab work at a cost of about $1000 without doing a proper exam. I got such a bad vibe from that doctor that I told him no thank you and took my cat to the clinic across the road.
Use to be great. Now seems extremely money hungry and more interested in pushing tests and meds than looking at what the problem and possible alternatives. Nope straight to test panels after a 1 min exam. Steadily decline over last few years. Brought in our cat who was very obviously in bad shape. Gave him fluids and sold him a bag of food with no diagnosis. $500 later... he passed the next day. I'll never forgive this. Wonderful vet and great pricing. Been a client for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. If you ate looking for a vet that doesn't gouge you for services and truly cares, i would say give them a call. Picture of our kitty Pete.
