My mom has taken her dog here for years (not my choice as per my experiences), and everytime I've been in there, not a single staff member has shown any kindness, loving attitude nor even a simple hello to him. It's as if he doesn't even exist. He has to get his anal glands expressed every month and the one vet actually made him yelp which has never happened and he always takes it well having to be poked and prodded so much. This is the worst vet clinic I have ever been to. All they are interested in is selling tests and medication without doing a proper exam. Also, the "Doctor" who saw my cat barely spoke English. I doubt he is legally allowed to practice in Canada.
Always available when needed, very nice staff and excellent vets. 👍
