Deserves ZERO stars! Update: this so called clinic would have received all paperwork and information from a reputable clinic we had found as well as from Boundary Bay Critical Care, not once did they reach out or show any concern for the horrendous care they gave and actually had the audacity to continue emailing even after we asked them to stop due to the death of our fur baby… disgusting! Price is what you pay for. They handed us meds and doctor had to then take it back and re check it was correct after we asked. We cant get records in timely manner, 2 emails and different vet called and nothing (others said took 2 months to get theirs), ordering food i gave ph# and was delayed a couple times to order then followed up many times and got "its been here but you didnt give me a # to call" even though if they'd misplaced it, couldve looked up on my file asap.
