I brought my (sister’s) dog in to the clinic today for a wellness check and was blown away by the positive experience we both had at Family Pet Clinic. He is a very nervous boy and the doctor and vet techs went out of their way to make him feel as comfortable as his anxious self could. They got on the floor for his exam so he didn’t have to be up on the table (which would make him more anxious). ZERO STARS IT IS SAD TO SAY Family Pet Clinic Is a veterinary practice run by doctors Tara A Troyan DVM and Dr Perkins, staff is very rude.They speak in an unfriendly manor. I had to cancel an appointment for bloodwork & echco. I was not ready to reschedule, the person on the phone told me, "I would not be able to get the medicine renewed" and hung up on me.
