The pandemic protocol that they have in place is about as simple as it can be while still serving their patients and families.
They love my fur babies just as much as I do!
Unable to make an appointment for 3-4 weeks, or until after September 15th. Maybe consider putting a disclaimer on your website that you're such a low volume clinic so as to not waste people's time who call in with scheduling inquiries; plus, the phone call with the receptionist was tense and unpleasant. Did not get a good vibe from this place at all.
