In the beginning they act like they care, then they work with you so long and don't care at all. They say they are there for you,but when when you need them they dealing with another client or say calls and so. Regret taking my grandson to rhem. Don't put trust or faith in nobody but Jesus, he's the only one who won't let you down..
BE WARNED FOR DWI ASSESSMENTS/ TREATMENT.... Had completed a DWI assessment and treatment done (60 days) a year ago and I came back to receive my 501 form for the court and they claimed they "lost my paper work". They claimed they had no record of me ever being in the system, even though prior to these classes i attended therapy for 4 years at this facility. It was not until after I paid yet another 100 dollars that suddenly I appeared in the system magically. But was ultimately told I would have to redo the classes because ... read more
Receptionist is rude I was the first one in the door for an assessment but they let other people go first normally not a big deal but when it takes 2 hours per session and I've came up here for a month straight trying to get seen it's a lil ridiculous update been almost 3 hours and still haven't been seen when I tried saying something they blew me off and basically ignored me
If I could give this place 1 star I most definitely would. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN PHONE CALLS. IVE CALLED AT LEAST 10X IN A MONTH. AND NOTHING. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
