Make sure you freshen up on donating guidelines. I stopped by the NB location last night at 5:35 and when I opened my hatch, the guy was visably irritated that I didn’t have things in boxes with covers. I was scolded and told it’s on the sign. Sorry, I’ve not donated at FP in a long time. Then, I told the girl that the box I was handing her was a little wet from snow and she shrieked “why is this wet?!!!!. So expensive. Oh my goodness. I understand that they do good, for sure, but the other family pathways are not nearly as expensive. $12.50 for a bag of cut up, stained wood. $18.50 for a broken lamp $145 for a used wedding dress The other locations are so much more reasonable. And when you try to talk to them about their prices, they get loud and defensive. Also, I bought these items and they hid the chipped one on the bottom.. all four coasters were wrapped up. Be wary and inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
This is a good chain of stores offering options to donatebunneededbitems as well as purchase household items at greatly discounted prices. - everything is used of course.
The prices are fantastic. Great place to shop. Very relaxing. Clean and organized. Friendly workers.
