By wanting the banister spindles on my stairs changed from brown stain to painted white, while refreshing the banister top with new stain, I thought I had given Lenny with Family Painting a challenge. However he took it in stride and did a great job for me. He also removed my kitchen wall paper, added breadboard, and painted both; the upstairs’ walls on the landing were painted as well. I had a new metal door exterior door installed on my house. It's a double wide mobile home. Rather than replacing the existing type of door, a piece of garbage that is standard on mobile homes and is nothing more than Styrofoam with a heavy duty coating on the outside and inside, I replaced it with a standard site built home door. It required another handyman to come in and adjust the Height and width of the door frame itself. Once that was done, the door was installed, but it needed to be painted.
