Every member of the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Clark is extremely caring and supportive and takes the time to explain everything. I am an ‘old’ patient in more ways than one and even though it has been years since I have been to the practice, I was treated with kindness and compassion.
People are nice and cool
The staff did not communicate the orthodontist’s policy , creating a waste of my time and theirs.
We've been going to Family Orthodontics, Westboro location for almost 4 years now and the services we have received are always very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. CLARK and her assistants staff like Nadege and Ashley are always empathetic and trustworthy. I can't stop praising them enough for always being there and in emergencies too. They always follow up personally with all their patients. Thanks to the entire team of Westborough.
