I'm very disappointed with the Family Orthodontist side of this business. The amount of times in the last 2.5 years that my daughter's appointments have been canceled, due to them not having an available orthodontist on staff (or a temporary replacement), is ridiculous and this was my last straw. She was supposed to get her braces off on Monday Oct 13 and they sent me a cancelation message today (Friday, Oct 10). I called and we are now scheduled another two weeks out. The people who work here are nice enough, but this ortho practice is poorly organized and unreliable. They have canceled multiple appointments for my husband, which has significantly lengthened his braces treatment and forced him to take time off work for no reason. If this happened once or twice during his time with braces, that would be okay. But it happens so often that I almost expect it now. They put my husband's teeth in jail and won't let them go. Stay away from this place. They treated my son & wife poorly. Very unprofessional :(
Only because no stars isn't an option. Standing in office trying to advocate for why they won't be canceling another appt. They haven't seen him since October.
UPDATE: After posting my review, Dr. Lin personally reached out to me and explained that she provides her availability to the scheduling team well in advance. Unfortunately, it appears the repeated cancellations and communication issues were due to problems on the administrative side, not her directly. I want to clarify that I think Dr. Lin is an excellent orthodontist — she's been great with my son and we’ve always trusted her care.
