Family orthodontics is a great ortho office. Dr. Lin is very nice and sweet, and knows what she is doing. She makes her patients comfortable! I got my braces done with this office and am very satisfied. The assistants are also all very sweet and fun, especially Maddie. Management is also very nice. I’m grateful for such a great orthodontist and office in Tumwater.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service Dr. Lin at Family Orthodontics. My son’s appointments have been canceled THREE times — once in November, again in January, and now in February. Despite my concerns being voiced to the front desk, they assured me they’d get him in quickly for February, but once again, they canceled just days before his appointment.
