Only because no stars isn't an option. Standing in office trying to advocate for why they won't be canceling another appt. They haven't seen him since October. 7/21 Another cancelled appointment- another 40 min wait after refusing to be cancelled. Met other families in waiting room who've had similar experiences with consistent cancellations. ETA: STILL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. Every time I come here they take 30+ minutes after my appointment to finally call me in for the appointment. I literally saw some of the staff talking to each other or taking trash out, but still i’m here just waiting for my appointment to start. They also cancel a lot on you.
They never call back!! It's been over a year since the initial evaluation. My daughter was supposed to get braces on in October. Sent a cancel text a couple days prior. Never got a call back to reschedule after calling and leaving multiple messages.
Everything has been going decent with the ortho portion is this office, until this year. We had a family emergency so we rescheduled our option at the beginning of the year. Come time for our rescheduled appointment we get a call saying they would need to cancel due to the dentist being out sick. It took them forever to get use rescheduled and they never called us to ask us when was a good date/time, they just sent the appointment reminder via text. We live an hour away.
