These guys suck! I went in this morning and they worked on my teeth at around 8, and I came back home and took a nap (didn’t even eat or mess with my teeth whatsoever) and the work that they did to my braces is already failing and falling apart actively in my mouth and I’m honestly super disappointed and frustrated because we just paid them to do this work and they not only half assed it but they did it wrong! Only because no stars isn't an option. Standing in office trying to advocate for why they won't be canceling another appt. They haven't seen him since October. 7/21 Another cancelled appointment- another 40 min wait after refusing to be cancelled. Met other families in waiting room who've had similar experiences with consistent cancellations. ETA: STILL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. Every time I come here they take 30+ minutes after my appointment to finally call me in for the appointment. I literally saw some of the staff talking to each other or taking trash out, but still i’m here just waiting for my appointment to start. They also cancel a lot on you.
They never call back!! It's been over a year since the initial evaluation. My daughter was supposed to get braces on in October. Sent a cancel text a couple days prior. Never got a call back to reschedule after calling and leaving multiple messages.
