Very bad service they tell u an hour and they leave u waiting like 2 hours

horrible horrible service. receptionist is extremely rude and not helpful at all. they want to charge me $300 for my retainers when they had stated i would get it for free with my treatment. definitely, DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Worst orthodontist. Doctor checks for less than a minute and has other people actually doing the work very careless and rude. Receptionist are always rude. I had braces once and notice one tooth was still out of place; I put them on a second time here and my teeth look the exact same. One time I informed the doctor my tooth was crooked and she began to file my teeth without asking first so my teeth were crooked and smaller. Do not recommend
I came here a few years ago and by the end was left very unhappy as I addressed my issues especially about teeth being protruded at the end of peoples braces journey and they said it won’t happen but it did. Would I go here again ? No. The male that was in charge for my braces didn’t seem to care at all and I still think about it and look at my teeth very unhappy and upset I got them even at all.
