They completely messed up the direct billing to my insurance. Took me weeks to fix the problem. What's bad is that the guys here were not helpful and were actually arguing with me about it. Other optical shops have a much better selection of glasses and way better service. I do NOT recommend this place.

I had an amazing experience. Dr. Joseph and the staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly. I never felt rushed, and they helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding service!
