Fantastic service - friendly and professional. Dr. Kevany does a great job testing eyes and explaining everything. Rene the person who works fitting your glasses and prescriptions is very knowledgable and does her best every time. All the staff are courteous and friendly and I highly recommend Family Optical .
The initial assistant and her tests went well. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Mulhall on the other had no bedside manner and went through the tests at warp speed. I tried to get her to slow down a bit because I wanted an accurate prescription but she wouldn't. When I got out to pay they told me that I hadn't gotten fitted for contact lenses and that if I wanted that I would have to come back, even though I made the appointment for an eye exam and a fitting !!
