I left a Yelp review that I wish to rescind. I made an appointment for a gel manicure/regular pedicure on Saturday and left pleased. However I had to apologize to Grace for my previous mean spirited review. I would recommend the salon alone on the great rear parking and location nestled in between 4 food options and a pharmacy. Lastly, I feel better that she made me comfortable to return.
Never going back again. Went in and was rushed through everything I barely got to pick a color. Then did my pedicure in less than 10 mins - didn't ask what shape I wanted just cut them down to the nub, with no base or top coat. Then ignored me for 20 minutes until I just left. Im not one to complain or ever write these reviews but this experience was quite terrible and i wouldn't want anyone else to feel the way I do.
I’ve always had a great experience at Family Nails. My manicures and pedicures have been lovely. The women who work there are super helpful and just want to please their clients.
