I have to say I gave it a one star because I couldn’t give it a zero. This is my second time here. I walked in they directed me to the shellac colors and once I picked my color the overweight Asian says she ready to do my nails. I showed here a picture (I’m urban, we like thicker acrylic however I don’t want it crazy thick just with a slight hump) I said I don’t want it that thick but slightly humped. Everyone is wonferful. Definitely worth the wait... I have been going to family nails for years and never disappointed.

Called twice and tried to make an appointment on Friday, left on hold both times. Walked in on Saturday as soon as they opened. Sat there for an hour and a half and was asked if I could please come back at 4. That was fine although 90% of their clientele are walk-ins. It was mothersday so I had some running around to do. I called to say I was stuck on Ford rd and would be 3 minutes late and they wouldn't take me. I will never go to this place again!! Horrible customer service.
