Went in as a walk-in (site says you accept them) and was quoted a 40-minute wait — ended up waiting 90 minutes before a tech even started on me. I asked for a French tip pedicure and agreed to the $38 express service. My requested nail design needed gel instead of lacquer, which I was fine with. But at checkout, my bill was suddenly $80 before tip.
