DO NOT HIRE FAMILY MOVERS.....the owner rips off his employees and discards them if and when they get hurt on the job. Pressured me into saying a hurt myself and it wasn't work related so WSIB wouldn't get involved. Then he ghosted me and didn't pay me. STAY AWAY FROM FAMILY MOVERS

Al and his team helped me move from 2 bedroom apartment to a townhouse. Showed up late. Not enough manpower to carry out the job. With 3 man and me assisting took a whole day and still not all the items were moved. I was told Truck is capable of moving a 4 bedroom apartment. Not organized at all. On top of everything they broke my 75 inch sony tv. Eventhough Al replaced with a cheaper version it's not the same. Very disappointed 😞. But yes they got the heavy items moved at $$$$.

We recently used Family Movers for the second time, moving from Nova Scotia back to Ontario. Al and his team are awesome people to deal with. Courteous, Professional and experienced. Quote given, was what we paid....never any damage and always show up on time. We are also using the Storage Facility that Family Movers has, while we wait to get into our new house. Excellent, quick and friendly service! They went above and beyond to help me load a moving container. Also helped with junk removal. Definitely recommend this company for any moving needs.
