I am so grateful for this facility. They are caring, accommodating, friendly, and exactly what my family needed. I can’t praise the staff enough. It’s been difficult to lose a loved one but Araceli and Doug made it easier by listening and making sure my family and I knew the process and the care they put into it. After calling several different mortuaries in the Loma Linda area, I decided to go with the person who was the most compassionate on the phone. That was Araceli. She was amazing from the initial phone call, all the way to picking up my Dad. Couldn't ask for a more caring, understanding person and one that also has great follow-up. Thank you Araceli for making a difficult situation go super smooth and with so much compassion.
