Hello Family Mortuary staff, Today, we attended the cremation of our beloved mother. Our day could have been a very stressful experience had it not been for the kind and gentle understanding displayed by staff member David Finch. Mr. Finch was very polite and talked about being able to relate to our loss as he shared his own family loss. David Finch offered a gentle voice and a listening ear at the time that we needed both. The two gentlemen who escorted our mother were respectful and patient as we said our last farewells. All were a blessing to my family and we were grateful to have returned to this facility after the 3 years since we lost our father.
