Let’s start by saying this guys save my husband from sleeping on the couch 🤣 he arrived when he said he would, was able to get the broken coil that was stuck out and stayed and helped my husband put the rest of the parts together and even ran a diagnostics on our vehicle to make sure there wasn’t any misfires. Will % using him again.

Incompetent. I got wrong diagnosis at first and upon further testing it turned out it just needed starter replacement. Mechanic sends me quote and I declined because it was too many labour hours so I start shopping around. He tells me to reach back out if I find cheaper. I find cheaper but all are 2-4 days out so I reach back out and he shaves off 0.5 hr labour but tells me there is additional cost for intake gasket replacement, even though quote he sent me included that charge already.
