The brakes on my car started making the telltale sound of an airplane landing when I put my foot on the pedal!!! I debated where I should take it and then decided to check with the mobile mechanic (Family Mobile Automotive Services ) company I called for the last issue the car had, and had perfect results with. Tried to hire for an onsite used vehicle inspection. Scheduled for 10:20am while I was at the dealer, he didn't show up or reach out. I called at 10:30am, he explained, said he'd be there in the afternoon. Fair enough, things happen. I reached out at 5:20pm to ask how it went, since I hadn't received anything yet, he texted he'd wound up too busy but was free all day tomorrow. Very unprofessional.

My 2013 Ram 1500 started overheating on the way to work, and I couldn't leave my only transportation at a shop for days. A repair shop in Lynnwood showed no care or flexibility. I can’t say enough good things about Seth! I had a tire blow on the interstate, and I pulled off on the next exit to find a safe place. It was a Sunday, very few places were open, and Seth was there in under a half hour. He pumped up my tire to see if he could patch it, and when he realized the sidewall of the tire blew he got the donut on in no time flat. Seth charged me almost $400 for diagnostics and did not fix the issue. The check engine light came back on the very next day. After that, it took a week to reschedule a follow up. When the follow up time finally came, Seth did not show up and did not communicate, leaving me sitting outside in the cold waiting. I only heard from him about 20 minutes after the scheduled time with an excuse, and at that point I had to take the loss and cancel. Expensive, unprofessional, and a waste of time and money.
