Seth was really good. I called and got a really quick appointment. After job was done, we found out the part he got was defective. Called back, he came back right away and fixed it. Great service and will recommend.
My 2013 Ram 1500 started overheating on the way to work, and I couldn't leave my only transportation at a shop for days. A repair shop in Lynnwood showed no care or flexibility. They couldn't even accommodate my urgent needs. But when I called Family Mobile, Seth's wife handled the dispatch—she was accommodating, very helpful, to the point, and super friendly. He's honest and true to his word. A good Midwestern gentleman who takes pride in his work and can handle just about anything, all at a fair and reasonable price.
Seth charged me almost $400 for diagnostics and did not fix the issue. The check engine light came back on the very next day. After that, it took a week to reschedule a follow up. When the follow up time finally came, Seth did not show up and did not communicate, leaving me sitting outside in the cold waiting.
