Wow! Roxanne was amazing. I get very nervous with bloodwork and needles, but Roxanne made it very easy. She’s the best!
The Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) in my opinion is generally is 5 star. The PAMF Westside Center is no exception. If you have an appointment at the clinic, wait times are short and, the staff are highly competent and courteous. I've only used the urgent care at the Westside Center once and that too was of 5 star quality.
Just showed up here for my lab draw scheduled for 7:40. Waited over 15 minutes and never got seen. Frustrating.

FANTASTIC. I have been going her for a long time and they have been so kind and helpful and easy to work with. Dr Schreck is one of the best doctors I have ever had and I have many.
