After a decade as a patient, I can say without hesitation that my experience here has been consistently excellent. Dr. Heroux has been a spectacular physician throughout that time. This is a medical clinic, so it’s not somewhere people hope to visit, but if you do need care here, I truly believe you’re in excellent hands. I’m very grateful for the care and professionalism I’ve received over the years. I wouldn’t typically review a clinic but I feel like the 3.5 that’s listed is criminal!
I have a 90yr mother, which i waited 45 past the scheduled appointment, waited 15 minutes in the exam room, a student came in, which is great they need to understand and learn.. no problem there, the student left for the actual doctor, 20 minutes waiting, re-exam, literally done 11/2 hrs later. Unacceptable for me.
I am so thankful to be a patient at this clinic. Dr. Hughes is amazing, and so is every other doctor that I have encountered here. I have never not gotten a same day appointment when my kids have been sick, and have used the 24 hour on-call on a few occasions in a aemi-emergency. I wish all individuals in our city had access to this type of primary care.
