Had an appointment, waited 3 hours and 25 minutes past my appointment date. No water or bathroom in the waiting room either and ZERO updates like “well be with you soon”. Do you think they would take less money for the appt or give me my copay back?! Nope!! If i ran my business like this I would be bankrupt.
I have been going to Sutter's family health building for years now and have even had to switch doctors but never had a bad experience. On site lab helps too!
