Having not only been a patient but an employee of FMS, I have seen the kind of people that are tolerated here and for anyone to be critical of the staff and manner with which they are able to care for the patients is completely ridiculous. If patients came in with the slightest knowledge about their own health and wellness interactions between patients and the staff would be exponentially more beneficial both ways. Be prepared to NEVER see the actual doctor...only nurses... Referrals take weeks even with brain injuries...and minimum wait WITH an appointment is over a hour. Today was over 2hrs. Oh joy! What's the point of having an "appointment" if there's that long of a wait? And when you ask them they pretty much tell you to find a new doctor if u don't like it. I think that's the best medical advice I've ever received from this establishment.�
Love the Drs but hate the fact that I had an 11:30 am appointment and wasn't seen until 3:30. Something needs to be fixed about that. It's not the first time it's happened. I'll be going to a different location from now on.
Plan on sitting for hours for your appointment even if it's just to pick up a prescription
I had a great experience at this office. Dr. Froderman took the time to ask a battery of questions, run a physical exam, and then spend time talking to me. Other doctors offices are based on in and out...volume healthcare. Some were complaining, but from where I was sitting, they had more problems than a runny nose.
BESTEST MEDICAL TEAM I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY FUN 60 YEARS! Julie is PHENOMENAL and has helped me thru some hard stuff!!!!! Sage, Barb, Melanie, Kate, Cindy, Richard, Minn and all=FAB! Thank you my PCP DR. Jennifer Bellucci~Jackson, MD! It's a longer drive for me from Woodstock, but it is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO VERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRY VERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRY WORTH IT!
