RecommendedI'm 45 years old, this is the first time i've been to see a doctor in over 10 years. Injured my shoulder and I just walked in to see what I should do. They offered for me to wait and see the doctor right now. I waited maybe an hour, and ended up seeing Dr Kathleen Mariani.. what a fantastic doctor, was very easy to talk to, listened to what I was describing, etc.. Highly recommended!! This is more for the Johnsburg office. Met with the NP Neida (sp??) today. WOW!! THE most comfortable I have EVER felt in a doctor's office. She was patient, explained everything, and showed a true care and concern for a patient she met for the very first time. Very difficult to find nowadays.
Be prepared to NEVER see the actual doctor...only nurses... Referrals take weeks even with brain injuries...and minimum wait WITH an appointment is over a hour. Today was over 2hrs. Oh joy! What's the point of having an "appointment" if there's that long of a wait? And when you ask them they pretty much tell you to find a new doctor if u don't like it. I think that's the best medical advice I've ever received from this establishment.�
Love the Drs but hate the fact that I had an 11:30 am appointment and wasn't seen until 3:30. Something needs to be fixed about that. It's not the first time it's happened. I'll be going to a different location from now on.
Plan on sitting for hours for your appointment even if it's just to pick up a prescription
